PC working but no display

It says "no signal" in my monitor. But the windows is running, I know that because through the keyboard I did something and it made a sound.

It happened after I removed my gpu to test my apu, neither one of them are working rn.

 

Couldn't put the audio in the video, but the numlock is working, so I think it means it is still up.
