Hello Everyone. I am planning to buy a 9$ Chinese Controller.

Company name :  Havit .

But the real question is can play steam games without using third party software.

I am planning to play Stardew valley, titan soul, toki and others.

As long as Steam can detect it in Big Picture mode, you're good to go.

Do i need to do some tweaking or just plug and play ???

Impossible to know. You need to read customer reviews (pick from 1-/5 stars, those are more likely to be real). If it's well made, it will have XInput by default. Which means Windows will see it like XBox controller. If its not, you need driver/software and maybe additional software to map keys.
