Crash reboot

Hello so I need some help, when Im about to start game my pc suddenly crash and reboot, like apex legends or albion online some but trying to play Assassin's Creed Valhalla nba 2k21 it works perfectly fine and if I download games it also crash and reboot like i just downloaded Splitgate and crash and reboots my pc any help guys

Yeah I forget to add the buzzing sound coming psu shroud, all the temps is good my gpu average fro 70 to 75 c on work load and my cpu avg 61 c on work load
