I have an RTX 2080 Super, i9-9900k, and 16GB of Ram

Months ago I used to play rust, never got any lag or stutters whatsoever, three days ago I wanted to get back into it, but for some reason now I get stutters when I play, I only get stutters when I move around if I stand still I get 100+ fps, my CPU/GPU temps are not high at all GPU Temp sits at around 60 and my CPU temp sits at around 53. I've tried everything that I know, if anyone has had this problem on rust and may have an idea on how to fix it, please let me know.

Probably something running in the background. If anyone else has a better suggestion, maybe reformat your C:\ drive and reinstall windows? 

 

Shouldn't take too long if you have decent enough internet.
