trying to open photos from my phone on the pc using usb connection, but having issues.

hi there, as you can see im having this problem, sometimes i can open a file and see it, sometimes i cant, mostly i cant, specially when im trying to check the next file.

could this be the so famous amd usb issues situation?

i have tried  using the  front usb ports which are 3.0

i have also tried the ones from the motherboard (not all of them i will be clear)

if i transfer before opening any of the files, theres no problem.

also whenever i disconnect the cable from the phone i get this error everytime:

i have a b550m aorus elite motherboard.

ryzen 5600x

xpg spectrix D50 ddr4 2x8 3200

if theres any other info required let me know.
