Help please!

I am trying to change my download location to my old location and it wont let me.
how do I fix this?

Make yourself owner of the file. Right click on file, properties, security, advanced, click change on owner at the top, type in your login name and hit check. Make sure you don't have typos if it doesn't find your username. Check the box that says "replace all child.." do apply and ok and let it finish.

im just gunna factory reset
