How do I disable motherboard rgb lighting when pc is off?

Hi, my motherboard is the Asus x570-E Gaming. And I was just wondering if there was a way to disable the rgb lighting when the computer is shut down? Thank you!

Should be in advanced right at the bottom, past the AMD overclocking section. But that is on my board.. but we both have Asus so should be similar.

AMD R9 5900X | Thermalright Frozen Edge 360, 3x TL-B12, 2x TL-K12
Asus Crosshair VIII Dark Hero | 4x8GB G.Skill Trident Z @ 3733C14 1.5v
Zotac 4070 Ti Trinity OC @ 3045/1496 | WD SN850, SN850X, SN770
Seasonic Vertex GX-1000 | Fractal Torrent Compact, TL-B14, 2x TL-C12 Pro

Advanced in where? The bios? Or is this some rgb controller app? (I have only uses iCUE as I heard multiple controllers can conflict)
