Some bad choices here. That cooler will not keep the CPU cooled under load. That PSU is a fire hazard waiting to happen with the type of load you're looking to put on it. That case is poor for air flow and will cause thermal issues for both the CPU and GPU.

IMO, it's not the best computer for streaming, but if you have to get all the other parts, there's not much room to build a better PC. Normally, I would recommend and 8 core cpu with 32 GB of ram for streaming.
