I want to start saving up for a Video Editing PC.
I'm going to want to be able to use After Effects on the heavy side and render big workloads.
 

What components will I have to prioritize? And, roughly, what budget will I be looking at?

Probably a R9 3rd gen

32 gb ram

3070 ti in the perfect world but really its whatever you can get when you are ready to buy.

Definitely AIO with really good airflow since you are in spain. Maybe, Lian LI Lancool II mesh performance

140s in the front and top, 120 in the back. i put in one of the better air coolers around. I included a 3070 Ti, but if it is too expensive you could go amd or an rtx 3060
