Very little, what I do know is that unless you plan to just use it for you and your friends, advertising and hosting gets very expensive, very quickly.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

the underground osrs gp market and private server market have no limits on how much you can make, im not sure of the legal stand points of it all though. im going to pursue this though. I just dont have the knowledge on coding and creating one, and if anything im trying to find someone whos wanting to work with me on the side.

Which is where it gets "probably against the rules and I'm stepping out." Technically, you're pirating their code when you grab the base that you chose.
