2 Keyboards?

This is kind of a random question, but can you have 2 keyboards plugged it at the same time? To be more specific, can i plug in my blackwidow ultimate (USB) and my model m (PS2) at the same time?

I have a question, do the XKRO on both keyboard stack each other? Let's say playing a 4 player racing game like rollcage II using x2 membrane keyboards?

The XKRO is a function of the keyboard, so yes, they may "stack", but you might run into a limit as to how many keypresses the OS can handle in a given time.

Hello thread, since i've plugged the model m in i've noticed my cpu average temps have gone up around 6 degrees. Is this from having the second keyboard? Or is it something else

I have to use 2 keyboards, because my QuickFire TK doesn't like to work in boot screen / bios like situations. Not a big deal but it is a slight inconvenience  <_< .

I went crazy once because something was on the second keyboard holding down the space-bar and alt key. I was a bit confused for like 5 minutes because chrome kept closing tabs when I clicked them. :lol:

Yes, for 2 Player games it is great, then you don't have to sit on top of each other ^^

and the key rollover does also add up, with a single keyboard and 2 player games I always ran into the 6key rollover of my old keyboard, but with a seperate one each one could press 6 keys at a time.

And yes, there are local multiplayer games for PC, boxhead 2play is my favorite though :P
