I would try running DDU then. Sometimes when GPU drivers get overwritten update after update after update, rollbacks etc.. they can get corrupted a bit and this may be what you're experiencing. I would go download DDU here: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
Then download the latest driver for your video card here: https://www.nvidia.com/content/DriverDownload-March2009/confirmation.php?url=/Windows/471.41/471.41-desktop-win10-64bit-international-dch-whql.exe&lang=us&type=TITAN
Then boot your PC into safe mode, run DDU and then restart into normal windows and install the new drivers from scratch. Also make sure to do this with your internet disabled or unplugged to prevent windows from installing its own version of the drivers.
