So I have finally got my new AIO cooler, temps are looking much better than they were, although there is one issue I am having now.

So I decided since I have a better cooler than before, I wanted to do some overclocking, who wouldn't right? Right. What I started with was setting PBO from Enabled to Advanced mode, which let me increase how much it'll boost, I set it to 200MHz over the original boost speed, and restarted. I noticed through monitor software it would go to that speed just fine, no issues, but when I ran a benchmark, it would limit to 4.3GHz, even though it could easily go to 4.8GHz, when PBO was on its default enabled mode, it would run a benchmark on 4.7GHz for all cores, why is it limiting itself to 4.3GHz when under load?
