Computer turning off under load, PSU issue?

Hello,

 

Whenever putting my computer under load (think 100% CPU 100% GPU), my computer will shut off. No powering down screen, just dark. I think it's the PSU (EVGA 650W) because it gets warm to the touch, but my parts and peripherals don't consume more than 500w. Why is this happening and how can I fix this?
