Asus ROG weird audio

I have Z490-E board produces electrical sound with random crackles (this happened after 5 months of use before it was fine) I formatted it and the drivers are right and I even used the MoKiChU method which is expert in drivers and does the same.

My question is if it is worth buying Creative Sound BlasterX AE-5 Plus sound card solves this problem or if it would be the same?
The board is very expensive and so many people have sound problems ... if anyone managed to solve it, I would appreciate a tip tks

I have the same problem with my motherboard, i did some research and i believe it's a grounding problem between the motherboard and the audio port.

does dedicated sound card solve grounding problems?

I have ups and the power supply is a seasonic gold 80+ and headsets connected by usb also have sound problems
