Is this PSU good?

Hello! I was looking for PSUs for a future new build and found some good seasonic ones on my price range, but they aren’t modular, which I need. For the same price I found a NZXT C650 80+ Gold PSU. I wanna see if it is good or not. (In my country there isn’t a large selection of brands or models, the majority of them being “GameMax” “Xilence” and “Cougar”)

According to the PSU Tier List it's an A tier PSU. So that would be really good option.
