XPS 13 (2021) or XPS 15 (2021) or something else?

So, I have been using my Surface Laptop 2 for about 2.5 years now, but now this 8GB version is pretty slow time to time and I am looking to upgrade.

 

I really like XPS 13 because of small size but the thermal limitations are terrible on it. After 5 minutes of load CPU drops back to 13W TDP. So I looked at XPS 15 which comes with intel H series professors and 3050 Ti but it's about $400 more for same config (with discrete gpu ofc) I7, 16GB and 512 GB.

 

I need suggestion which one to choose or any other suggestion if someone has. HP ones are too heavy from my limited in hand experience. Looking for something little bit light like SL 2  or XPS 13 which does not compromise on performance.

 

I did look at frame.work but we don't know enough about it's QC so I don't know whether to go for it or not.
