Choosing Pc Build Components

Hello, I'm choosing the Components of my new build and I'm having trouble with the cpu cooler and the ram.

The cooler is an Cooler master mastercooler ma410m and the ram a 8x4 32 gb 2666mhz crucial ballistix (no rgb) . 

The motherboard is an gigabyte b365m d3h

The question is the following:

 

Will the cpu cooler let me put all the 4 sticks of ram or not?

You can detach one of the fan, move it up and stick it with a zip tie.

Won't look great but it will be functional.
