Also, when does it happen? How often? straight away? After gaming a while? More specifics required.

I5 3470

Gigibite Gtx 1060 3gb

1×8gb and 1x4gb ddr3

H61 mb 

250gb ssd 

500gb hd

Cooler master 650w mwe 80 bronze  

 

The old psu died so plugged in a old spare that trip when running games and restarted happened twice then died got the new one and it trips about 5 sec after I start the pc then it restarts on its own and repeats
