Boosting issues after bios update

Specs below:

 

I updated to a newest bios and after I did boosting is no longer how it was. I was able to boost up to 5ghz, albeit in bursts; however, it would do so.

Now it does not matter what I do; nothing forces the cpu to boost how it did. I literally have tried every combination of pbo, auto oc, curve optimizer, llc,

voltages, etc. I have to leave everything at auto and that does boost to 4.8ghz, but if I try anything else, it only reduces the clocks. Any thoughts as to what

could have happened.
