Artifacts/random pixels on the left hand side of my screen

I have no idea what is causing the issue but I have a small amount of almost like white noise on the left hand side of my screen and I don't know how to narrow down the cause of the issue (GPU/Monitor) any help would be greatly appreciated.

A video of it would be appreciated. It can be either dead pixel or straight up GPU artifact without a video context.
