PC REBOOTING AT STARTUP!

Hay, everyone. Recentley, I had bought an Dell Optiplex 7010 from ebay. When ever I start the PC, the pc just kept rebootting It self for 5 minutes and there are no signals on the display as well. But after 5 minutes the PC starts and Windows boots.

 

Any fixes to this??
