Your best bet for a GPU on this route will be praying to god almighty you have lightning reflexes when the 6600 XT ($379+ USD) drops. Linus recently posted a video on it, so I'd recommend checking that out for more info.

Maybe this?

 

The gpu is up to you, about 550€ headroom for one

 

You will have to overclock the ram to 3200mhz or 3600mhz, you can just set the ram to 3200mhz and not touch anything else if you dont wanna bother tuning the ram
