Weird bios behavior with ram

Gigabyte z490 gamingx, 3600 crucial ram

I keep getting this "Last modified memory speed **** whatever i set it to" whenever i exit bios, happens every time, not just the first time i change it. Doesn't seem to matter if i set 3000, or 3600, or 4200, same thing.

If i however set it to 3600 with the XMP, no weird message every time, works normally.

I'm trying to figure out if this is normal for this board, or does the board just train some weird timing and keeps retraining them every time for some reason.

All in all, up to 4200 is perfectly stable, never got a crash or anything, but that weird message bothers me.
