Yes, plenty. As long as it uses standard parts you'd be OK. So, no Dell/Alienware for sure 😛

Yes. Most computers can be upgraded. There can be some restrictions on which parts are upgradeable, but that depends on the particular system.

Dutch....recommendation on maker?  Not sure who all makes out of box PCs?  Online build ect.

Would depend where you live.

Are you in the US? Europe? Australia? Some other country?
No point recommending a SI that's US only if you're not there.
