So i opened up my rx 570 that doesn't work to see what is causing a problem I checked it and it looks really fine nothing has been touched so I don't know what to do from here.

My main question is that adding new thermal paste might fix it or do I have to do something else

Well you need to find out WHAT is making it not work.

Just applying new thermal paste doesn't just magically fix ANY faulty GPU.

If the card is physically damaged / fried, your thermal paste won't do squat.

By the way, if you pull the cooler off the GPU, you want to completely clean off the old thermal paste off the GPU die and cooler.

Then apply a new coat before assembling the GPU back together.

The gpu doesn't show display or the fans don't spin but the led1 is on and when I opened it, it looked completely fine no damaged parts or fried components I don't know what to do

What is the make (brand) and model of the RX-570?

This "LED1", is this on the card itself, or somewhere on the motherboard?

Not all damage is going to be visible to the naked eye.

LED1 is the power indicator.

If it is lit up, then it means it is getting power from the PCI-E cable (i.e. cable is properly connected).
