Should I choose a lower end higher tire card like 3060ti rog strix oc, or a higher end lower tire card like 3070 dual?

You should never choose tires over GPUs.  Shipping will kill ya.

 

But almost always an end beats a tier.  Any 3070 beats any 3060Ti, as a general rule.

Agree with above. Differences are only really going to be in cooling, noise, and appearance.

 

Exceptions:

 

Current climate sucks, get what you can at MSRP. If it's an expensive ROG Strix version of a 3060ti, and AVAILABLE....if you can afford it and you want it, go for it. While it might cost almost as much as an MSRP 3070....ain't like you can find an MSRP 3070 anyway.

 

You really like the appearance and you want your build to look a certain way. That can come with a premium if it's important to you.
