Having Lag and Short freeze in Gta 5 playing after sometime

I am having Fps drop, lag and short freeze in GTA 5 playing after 10-15min especially on online  ..... sometimes the game texture doesn't load properly ....Can anyone fix this ?
PC Specs

  • CPU - I3 7100
  • GPU- Gigabyte GTX 1050 2gb dual fan
  • RAM - Corsair Vengeance lpx 2400Hz 8gb

Gpu Driver - latest updated (2 min ago still having problem)
Game Graphics Settings - All setting are in Very high settings on 720p
