My pc was working fine all day, then out of nowhere my monitors turned black with no signal. I tried to restart and the motherboard displayed a post code 01 error. I turned it off and tried to boot up again. I noticed that my GPU isn't displaying any power now (white LEDs on when I plug the pc in) and the motherboard displays a lot of more error codes now. It tries to boot and restarts in a loop. I'm not tech savvy and don't know what to do.

GPU: Rog strix 2080 super

Motherboard: Rog crosshair VIII Formula

Disconnect and remove gpu, then reinstall gpu, ensure cables properly plugged into power supply if modular.
Then use safe boot button on bottom of board, toward the left side. Refer to page 1-2, section 1.1.2 of owners manual for location.

If problems persist, write down any/all post codes that appear
