Are these small drops normal?

running microsoft flight sim 2020 i notice sometimes the game drops 3-5 frames. im running it on an ssd and the os is also on an ssd.

SPECS:

rtx 3080 stock settings temps 65-70c

r7 5800x game mode on in ryzen master temps 80-85c (only in MSFS 2020)

32gb ram ddr4 3200mhz xmp on
