SSD compatibility

Ricky001

I am a total noob in this area and this is my first upgrade.

I have a lenovo laptop whose specs are link

are the following SSDs compatible : ?

1.Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB PCIe NVMe M.2 (2280) Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) (MZ-V7S500)

2.Samsung 980 500GB Up to 3,100 MB/s PCIe 3.0 NVMe M.2 (2280) Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) (MZ-V8V500)

3.Western Digital WD Black PCIe NVMe SSD, 3430MB/s R, 2600MB/s W, 5 Y Warranty, 500GB

I am sorry if this is a dumb question but i don't have to change anything in the bios or anything right?

also out of the SSDs which one do u think is the best

nvme SSDs are backwards compatible between the 3.0 and 4.0 version, so pick the cheapest of the 3 with DRAM cache. I trust them all to work well.

Yes, but there's usually a big price difference so buying 4.0 would be a waste of money.

Router:  Intel N100 (pfSense) WiFi6: Zyxel NWA210AX (1.7Gbit peak at 160Mhz)
WiFi5: Ubiquiti NanoHD OpenWRT (~500Mbit at 80Mhz) Switches: Netgear MS510TXUP, MS510TXPP, GS110EMX
ISPs: Zen Full Fibre 900 (~930Mbit down, 115Mbit up) + Three 5G (~800Mbit down, 115Mbit up)
Upgrading Laptop/Desktop CNVIo WiFi 5 cards to PCIe WiFi6e/7
