Iam not able to boot into windows
Iam not able to boot into my pen drive

I can only boot into ubuntu

(I once deleted boot file from cmd in windows before installing ubuntu)

Weird to choice to post in “everything not windows”. I imagine some ubuntuer reading the form rubbing their hands together saying “YES! our plan was a success!” Along with a well timed crack of thunder.  My imagination tends to be over the top.

 

By pen drive I’m assuming you mean the USB stick with your windows install on it. It sounds like there is a problem with your windows install but not with your hardware. Doing a reinstal of windows seems like the way to go.  A can’t get there from here problem. Can you get into bios?
