I have a budet of 2k and I'm at the moment exactly at that budget. I use Nok/Norwegian Kroner

 I'm living in Norway

It's pretty much gonna be a gaming pc (but i will of course be using the regular day to day sites aswell.

This is my first ever pc and and i want it be good so that i don't have to worry about an upgrade in the future for a while.

Here are the specs:

Corsair 4000D AIRFLOW TG

MSI B550-A PRO

Corsair RM850 (2019) 850 watt 135mm 80 plus gold certified

AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Wraith Stealth

Artic Liquid Freezer II 280

WD Blue SN550 NVMe SSD

G.Skill RipjawsV DDR4 3200 C16 DC

GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3070 AORUS Master 8GB GDDR6 RAM

I really want to know if this will all work together in tandem with no issues.

And I've also been debating changing the RTX 3070 to the RX 6800 XT, but apparently the driver has some issues that makes the card look like a joke. Btw a friend helped me set this up. Thanks!

are you willing to wait a couple months or do you really need to buy it now? prices for gpus are slowly coming down so it will really help your budget if you wait.

also, i highly recommend using pcpartpicker to get your list sorted out

That's a great system!

I would recommend the 6800 XT, it's close to the 3080. 5700XT's were also bad at launch because of drivers, but a few months later they were actually decent. Same with the 5500XT. First it was slightly worse than a RX 580, but now it's way better.

Are the drivers actually good now?

If you install the newest ones, then yes. But if you need OpenGL, which is used for Minecraft and some older emulators, the AMD drivers aren't great on Windows. Still not terrible but the 3070 would perform better in OpenGL. Luckily most programs and games aren't written in OpenGL.
