For purely esports title a 3100 or 10100F will be good and itll lower your starting cost. But if you wanna go with semicompetitive AAA games like Rainbow 6 Siege or those battle royale games, i would go for the 3500 or 10400.

Between the 2 GPU, ill get neither of them. 1660 Super performs about the same compared to 2060 without the RTX features and not way too high in pricing like 1660Ti, so thatll be my pick instead. Or get a 3060 or 3060Ti, thatll kick all 3 of the GPUs i mentioned before but they are very much still scalped internationally.

what chipset should i go for ryzen?

a520 - cheaper but no overclocking

b450 - supports overclocking but i don't know if it's bios is updated to support 3rd gen ryzen

b550 - supports overclocking but a little expensive and supports 3rd gen ryzen

x570 - way overkill for a lan center

B450, and get yourself a used 1000 or 2000 series for flashing them if its somehow not 3rd gen ready (or just pay whereever you got it if you got it in a physical store)
