I forwarded port from my router to the device on which nextcloud is working i can access nextcloud from local IP without any problem

And about my isp using CHNAT i am not sure but most probably yes.

I just want my isp to forward request coming from my domain to my ip. Currently the request doesn't even reach to my router it just stops at that server login page

Check for CGNAT by seeing if your wan ip is the same as your public IP.

But if there using cgnat you can't host nextcloud by just portforwarding. You will either need to use ipv6 or setup a vps and use a vpn to host from there.

I am sure now my ISP is not using CGNAT
