fastest migration

my 2tb seagate only has about 100gb left and i have a new job with better pay, whats the easiest fastest way to swap in a 4tb hdd (i dont have ssd money and certainly not m.2 money to store all my games, i have an m.2 for the OS and the steam, uplay, orgin, and epic launchers are on that as well, i just set up the HDD as the game libraries) 

might go larger than 4tb, need to look at prices, most of my library isnt even downloaded so if i grabbed a 4tb i might still fill it quick
