u can use a 1650 its more than enough for 1080 p the 3060 is more for 4k 70-75 fps while on 1080p if u use the 1650 u will get atleast 90 to 100 fps

thats what i would go for.

the other one has better ram, but that taurus case looks like airflow hell!

the P400A on the other hand is a really good case
