Motherboard: some asus K30AD_M31AD_M51AD_M32AD according to cpu-z

Processor: Intel core i5 4460 3.4 GHz

RAM: 4GB

Graphics card: HD graphics 4600 (igpu)

 

Should i get ram or an ssd. how much storage idk how to write it hard sorry.

An SSD should have the biggest impact, but used DDR3 from eBay is not expensive so you should be able to get both.

It depends on how much you need. But in the united States, you can get 480GB on the cheap. Should fit your budget easily.
