6/10

Heavily overspending on garbage (looking at you overpriced rgb everything)

Ill make a list to show you what you can improve

Btw are you gonna overclock?

Has double the cores and is 100$ cheaper

5900x 12c, great for your streaming needs and vid editing, though you could just swap for a 5800x and buy a tesla k20 off ebay and use that as your streaming card

B550a pro, i think youll want to leave the ocing to pbo cause static oc does sacrifice single core performance but if you can manage a 4.8 or 4.9ghz all core then should be alright

Shadow rock 3, should be fine for your ocing needs

You will def want to oc the ram cause its 3000mhz but atleast its cl15, 3200mhz min, 3600mhz preffered for ram oc, i suggest starting with 1.5v on the ram, though you may need to increase soc volt, i dont know much on soc volt so leave that for someone else to help you out

Cheapest mesh case i could find for good airflow

Yea i didnt manage to preserve the rgb but maybe you are ok with spending an extra 30aud (lancool 215) or 55aud (lancool mesh + 1 phanteks fsk fan), but srsly dont get rgb ram, its insanely overpriced compared to the 3000mhz cl15 ram

Instead of having a unusable machine you should atleast buy a basic GT 710. Let's say you have DOA parts (it does happen) but you didn't know about this because you weren't able to test your PC and probably when you get your real GPU the return date for the parts will be over and you will probably be stuck with a $3000 paperweight.

the tesla K20 still needs another GPU to actually display something first...
