PC keeps blacking out

Hi all, I'm having an issue with my PC. The last half hour has been me encountering this problem, restarting my PC, opening a few tabs on chrome, and encountering the problem. The problem is that the PC stops delivering any signals to my monitors. My mouse an keyboard disconnect, and I'm unable to interact with the PC. Interestingly the RGB continues to function as usual from my case fans and RAM sticks. I then hold the power button, restart the PC and repeat. How do I stop this problem. I know my PC is capable of opening multiple tabs at once. I have a ryzen 5 2600x and a gtx 750 ti
