What are theese things?

Flat one is SATA power, Bigger 4 pinned one are Molex Power, small one is an old Floppy drive connector.

Black flat one in first pic is a broken SATA power connector.

 

The fat 4 pins are Molex.  The ultra white 4 pin is a floppy power.

 

They're also listed in the manual for the power supply as well.

Can i make the 4 pin molex into a 6 pin to connect a graphics card?

There are adapters to do so yes, but I would STRONGLY advise against it in every way possible.

You can, but buy a new PSU.  The one you're showing looks to be very old and/or cheap.

its a fire hazard as the Molex cables are not designed around the power needs of a GPU, but less power hungry components like fans, drives etc..

Its cheap i am very new to pc builds and i made this bad boy for 200 dollars i5 3450 rx 550 and 16 gig ram

Cool, then you've taken full responsibility for knowingly putting your components at risk if you use Molex for GPU power

But is 75 wats bad for a molex adapter?

The problem is, graphics card is all +12V and ground.   Molex, SATA, floppy only has one +12V lead.  So by adapting them for graphics card, you're literally putting the load of three or four +12V pins on a single +12V pin.  Also, the wire gauge of Molex/SATA is usually 20g.  Especially on a cheaper PSU like yours.  PCIe is typically 16 or 18g.
