Need help choosing cpu!

Hello all this my first post! I already got a 6800 xt sapphire pulse (nitro + unavailable and 3080 too pricey) . Everything is set except for the cpu. In my country atleast prices are really similar ,mobo prices too. Im torn between 10900k and 5800x , 10900k cost just a little bit more 10 $ ish. What should i go for? I also plan to get a 360 aio. The only factor is gaming performance and i will be playing at 1440p. I have seen benchmarks but im not sure if they account for amds sam, which ill be getting if go the amd route. Thanks a bunch!!!!
