Plugging into the motherboard would rule out it being a gpu issue. To me is sounds like a bad motherboard or bad connection somewhere. It could also be the cpu if that is also new.

It is new, but If the system turns on usually means cpu is fine? And motherboard is brand new also so could be that, but it gives everything power, I’m just getting no display

Okay so a few things I wanna check

  1. Your M.2 slot is empty and so are your SATA ports, is there an M.2 on the back that is filled? If no, you may try moving it to the front one.
  2. If you haven't already, I would try disconnecting all of your extra cards and just booting with the one.
  3. When you start your computer, are you shorting the pins on the motherboard to start it? or do you have a power plugged in because the picture shows that as not plugged in.
  4. Try one of your other graphics cards and see if they work, that could also rule out a gpu issue.
  5. Try the other 2 ram slots or one stick at a time.
  6. Pull the CMOS battery and turn it on, power down, put battery back in and try again

Maybe one of these will work?
