Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Buying everything from scratch, I have peripherals planned, all I need is the tower, plan to stream with a 240hz monitor or 144hz

since the gpu prices are just insane right now, i wouldn't advice building a high-end pc right now.

i would wait a few more weeks/months, since the gpu prices are dropping.

 

anyways, if you really want one right now, this would be pretty decent :)

The psu is a literal bomb

Maybe swap for a better b460 instead of a low end b560 board

I thought 570s were better? Also i wasn't planning to buy rn lmao with all the scalping going on, gonna wait until gpu mining crashes and then likely prices will go down.

Do you have a suggested psu? This is my first build ever so I don't rly know much about specifications, I do know a bit about specs and cores/threads so yeah.

Should i buy a 1/2gb gpu while i wait? Also since its amd i don't think i can run without a gpu (most intel cards have integrated graphics i think)

also should i buy 240hz or 144hz? does anyone have a benchmark for streaming val on ryzen 9 3900x and 3070? i assume this build will run at least 200fps streaming as on other benchamrks without streaming are 700 fps on val
