Other details: Starting from scratch. my previous computer is a alienware but it is a family pc and is FILLED with photos and very little space. I plan to buy within the next 6 months.

Since you are building in 6 months, I would just ask for advice in 6 months. The market is very bad atm and GPUS are impossible to find, and the market will be much different in 6 months. Also I would at least consider AMD.
