HDD making screeching noises'

My Western Digital Black Caviar makes a high pitched screeching noise almost every time I use it (My main drive is an SSD). The sound doesn't last very long, only about one or two minutes. What is the problem and how can I fix it? You can see my computer specs where my signature is.

disk have high failures spike in the first 30 days and then after 3+ years.  make sure the drive is level and not at a bad angle.
