INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE Error

Hello there, I recently built a pc a few days ago, got it all working. But then after messing around with trying to overclock my pc. When I restarted this error: INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE. Popped up. If I have to I will just erase that and get a fresh installed of windows. But I don’t know how to even do that. Any ideas.
