That psu is a literal bomb, swap for an msi mpg or revolution df instead

 

Id go for the 10700f  cause its usually near the price of the 11600k (260$) and the single core perf is similar as long as you lock max turbo multi on all cores on the i7 (48)

 

Maybe consider a better cooler like the mugen 5 or shadow rock 3

3070s just aren't worth the price they are at the minute (I know non of them are) but they are only slightly better than a 6700xt but around £150 more expensive if you can find one
