Would go for this given your "specifications"

Wait for the price to drop to MSRP for then GPU's, you then upgrade to dual 3090's.

 

With that you should be able to run Minecraft RTX 4k at at least 30 fps.

I got this pc from a friend and I should prob just start with getting the correct drivers for the gpu

Are you sure about this one though? I heard that for an unspecified budget a GT 210 and 1 Core Sempron on a piece of cardboard with 512MB of RAM and a Wish.com 1500W PSU is the way to go.

It depends will the RAM be RGB ?

The RAM will be changed to G Skill Trident Z Royal RGB 128GB. Thanks for catching that awful error on my part.

I know that this list is a joke but that case sucks ass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rookie mistake tbh, also needs a custom watercooler to cool down the sheer power of those RGB leds

I tried to get one even worse but PC partpicker wouldn't let me get one with the other components I had
