I recommend trying to build it yourself anyway. There’s a lot to learn and it’s pretty simple if you spend a bit more on a more intuitive case.

 

Go intel, it has integrated graphics and its readily available and should be good for what you want to to.

 

Just safe the graphics card for last in case it all goes south.

Also buy everything at once in case you need to return it all.
